Freedomseo is a fast growing Digital marketing firm based in Melbourne, which has a wealth of experienced team members, from all over the IT industry. Due to rapid growth & expansion plans, we are looking for a professional, process-driven Project Manager/Co-Ordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

To be responsible for the day to day management of the Project Management Team, who prepare & implement Online Marketing strategies for our SME and Corporate clients.

The Team are tasked with managing the client’s entire digital journey from inception:

  • Understanding the client’s marketing objectives.
  • Understanding the client’s technical requirements from a web platform perspective.
  • Implementing the signed-off strategy.
  • Implementing the Key Reporting Criteria.
  • Preparing for the monthly communication meetings.
  • Generating revenue through increasing business with existing customers through the promotion of new products & value added services.
  • Becoming industry knowledge experts so as to provide industry updates & relevant market intelligence to the client.
  • Manage day-to-day Campaign Projects and the scope of all projects, to ensure all projects are completed within budget and set time-frames.
  • Identify potential gaps in workflow and devise contingency plans.
  • To implement process-driven procedures & tools to ensure our clients achieve online marketing success & retention.
  • Ensure that our client deliverables are continually updated, revised and enhanced.
  • Ongoing reporting and analysis to ensure the Team’s objectives are met.
  • Managing the Bookkeeper’ s KPI’s in terms of client invoicing & collection.

Required Skill sets:

  • In-depth product knowledge of our core offerings: SEO, Web Dev, Soc Media, GOOGLE Places, GOOGLE ADWORDS etc.
  • A sound understanding & experience of the Online Marketing industry – best practice & standards.
  • You will be well versed in the application & use of web analytics and understand how to leverage that knowledge & data to optimise our client’s campaign performance.
  • Account Management experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • People Management experience.
  • Above average proficiency in understanding: CRM tools, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and/or Mac Mail & Entourage programs, Web Analytics software, Website Audit & Evaluation, Keyword Research, Managing Link Sourcing & Submission Campaigns, Website Documentation, Website Implementation Strategies.
